Khaleel Johnson (he/they) is a British Jamaican cultural producer and experiential strategist whose work explores identity, migration, and creative expression. With a Master’s in Destination Management, Khaleel brings a research-driven approach to curating events that celebrate community and cultural nuance. At sixteen, they founded Conformity, a platform for queer people of colour that grew from a blog into a radio show, zine fair and internationally distributed print publication.

Their career has spanned roles at Trojan Records (BMG), HE.SHE.THEY, and Soho House, where they currently produce experiences for creatives across Scotland – while also supporting access and inclusion through the Fellowship programme and D&I training.

Khaleel has a keen interest in the cultural impact of nightlife and has studied and written about queer dancefloors as spaces of liberation and escapism, including research on Lisbon’s Mina collective. Their work consistently centres marginalised voices and reimagines how we gather, connect and celebrate identity.
